Synopsis

Cheol-Soo (Cha Seung-Won) is physically fit and handsome, but he is mentally slow. He lives with his younger brother’s (Park Hae-Joon) family and works at their restaurant. One day, an older woman stops her car and asks Cheol-Soo to help her find a nearby hospital. There, she gets Cheol-Soo to take a blood test. The older woman is Cheol-Soo’s ex-mother-in-law (Kim Hye-Ok). Cheol-Soo also meets Saet-Byeol (Um Chae-Young) at the hospital. She is a young girl with leukemia and she is also his daughter. Later, Saet-Byeol sneaks out of the hospital to take a trip to Daegu to get the autograph of famous baseball player. The autograph is a birthday present for her friend at the hospital. Cheol-Soo happens to join Saet-Byeol on her trip.
