Synopsis

Fuku-chan (Miyuki Oshima) came to Tokyo more then 10 years ago. He lives in the apartment building “FukuFuku Flats”. Fuku-chan is a nice guy, but he sucks at dating . Fuku-chan holds a fear of women. He ruins a blind date arranged by his friend Shimacchi (YosiYosi Arakawa).

Fuku-chan’s fear of women arose from an incident when he was in middle school. The incident involved his first love Chiho (Asami Mizukawa). One day, Chiho apologizes to Fuku-chan about his fear.
