Sanae Hashida (29 years old), who works for an advertising agency in Tokyo, accumulates physical and mental fatigue and makes an important presentation. While being overwhelmed by the feeling of frustration, she decided to move to her husband Shinji’s parents’ house in Ogata Village, Akita Prefecture. However, Shinji, who was unfamiliar with the publishing industry in his previous job, returns to Tokyo, and Sanae begins a strange communal life with her husband’s parents and grandmother.
