The setting of this romantic comedy is a travel agency in Japan, to which Tokio has returned from an overseas assignment to supervise three young women who face the loss of their jobs in a restructuring effort. The good-natured Tokio finds himself caught in the middle, with little support from his wife and limited encouragement from his friend. The story provides a realistic window into a company in the midst of restructuring, tempered by the comic absurdity of the situations which often develop.
